MuscleSmartz = using “mindful” training methods to build muscle and strength.
Why the “Z”?
It represents taking a unique approach to your workouts. Which is what I do in my own quest for muscle and strength. And it has paid off. **
I've spent many years in the gym. I've seen a lot of people working out mindlessly:
• They don't pay attention to what they're doing.
• They don't know how to perform basic exercises.
• They perform rep after rep and never get stronger.
• They spend hours every week on cardio machines, only to never see a change in their bodies.
• They are on this program, or that program, just because that's what everyone else is doing.
• They're not even on a program at all.
I've even seen a few trainers training their clients mindlessly:
• Some don't pay attention to what their clients are doing.
• Some don't teach proper weight lifting technique.
• Some may not even know what proper lifting technique is.
• Some have their clients following a workout program that isn't suited to the client.
I workout-side the box all the time:
• I do things differently from what everyone else is doing, in my own workouts as well as for my clients’ workouts.
